Heart of Texas Country Music Association

Llano Opry ... February 13th ... The Whites ... 2:30 PM & 7:30 PM

The Heart of Texas Country Music Association's 21st Anniversary Celebration tickets went on sale at 8:00 AM February 1, 2010.  When I went to work at 6:00 AM there were already people in the parking lot waiting for tickets.

It was the biggest ticket selling day in the history of our organization.  Over 1,600 tickets were sold at the Brady Chamber of Commerce and over the telephones.

I want to extend my thanks to Sharon Jackson, Lynn Brown and my darling wife Charla for working the sales the first day.  We had three phone lines going continually all day.

As of 5:00 PM, we had the following tickets remaining for our Anniversary Celebration in March:

Friday, March 19th Welcome Party & Dance:  156

Saturday, March 20th Classic Concert:  211

Saturday, March 20th Dinner and Dance:  87

Friday, March 26th Welcome Party & Dance:  166

Saturday, March 27th Classic Concert:  198

Saturday, March 27th Dinner and Dance:  34

For tickets, please call the Brady Chamber of Commerce at (325) 597-3491.

Thanks for such an incredible (and unbelievable) day!  Who says Traditional Country Music is dead?

Tracy Pitcox

Advance tickets are strongly suggested due to the limited space at the Ed Davenport Civic Center.  Only 2,400 tickets will be sold for the festivities.
